Then you’ve come to the right place! We are looking for a nice all-round colleague to strengthen the reception of Siroco-Gemelos 22 during the high season.

Job description
Together with your colleagues from the reception, you are the face of Siroco-Gemelos 22. You ensure a smooth check-in and check-out procedure for our guests, help customers book excursions, provide tourist information and, for example, rent a car. In addition, you are helpful in answering all questions that come in at the reception, you help answer the phone and you have contact with the cleaning and technical service. The correct processing of (customer) data in the various (reservation) systems is also one of your tasks.

Job requirements
• Minimum MBO work and thinking level (preferably a completed tourism education);
• Experience with hotel reception is an advantage;
• Good command of the Dutch, English, French and Spanish language;
• Affinity with tourism in Benidorm and surroundings;
• Minimum availability from mid June till mid September;
• Flexible in terms of hours and working hours, incl. Saturdays & Sundays 32-40 hours a week
