General check-out information

Departure time: All our guests must check out before 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Please return your keys to reception. After returning the keys, you may continue to use the complex's facilities for the rest of the day if you wish.

We ask you to leave the apartment as follows:

  • Refrigerator - Empty and set to lowest setting
  • Dishes - Wash all plates and glasses and place them clean in the cupboard
  • Trash - Dispose of all trash in the containers on the street, opposite the main entrance of Gemelos 22
  • Bed linen - Remove sheets and place them in the hallway (€3 per bed if you need us to do this for you)
  • Used towels - Please place them in the hallway of your apartment. Any clean towels, please leave them folded in the bathroom
  • Turn off the heating and air conditioning
  • Empty the rented safe
  • Keys - Please return the keys for both the apartment and the safe to reception before 10:00 AM
  • Booked extras such as a high chair, crib, luxury chair, or recliner may be left in the apartment. You can also drop these items off at reception yourself. Small items, such as a shopping cart, please return them to reception upon check-out.

Please note:
If the apartment is not left according to the above guidelines, additional cleaning fees may be charged and/or deposit fees may be deducted. See our house rules for details.

Please report any defects or missing items to reception before departure to avoid them being attributed to you.
